 Such pretty little girls.
Elli was asked to do a heel strech in the show.  We practiced all year.  Good job baby girl.
 The ending pose.
Elli, Caroline, Madilynn, Lily.  We were missing Sarah and Olivia, but they were backstage waiting for the end of the recital to do one last performance.
 Elli's teacher.
Family picture.  Elli has really improved in her abilities.  We are proud of our pretty little ballerina.

Nana meets Micah

On Friday, Nana and Grandpa Ferguson were able to make it down to meet Micah.
Such a sweet face.

Ballet Reheasal, June 15

Elli and Lily before the show.
Elli was chosen to have a speaking part before the show began.  She said, "So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show."
Lots of people came out to support Elli and enjoy the ballet rehearsal.

My new home

 Taking it all in stride.
 So snuggly!
Friday, June 15, weighed in at 6 pounds 9 ounces.  Eating well.

Coming Home, June 13, 2012

That's right, not just a big sister, but the best big sister!
 My baby boy
Elli took this for us.  Loving the angle here:)
So not happy to be in these clothes and to be strapped into this car seat.
Now that he is snuggled, he is much happier.  Thank you to Jeni who made all the adorable embroidered items.  (I missed getting her picture, but she was able to visit us in the hospital too with both of her boys!)
Now to the real world as mom of two and Ferguson Four!

Micah's Second Day Visitors

 Pastor Joe and Cathy
Great Grandma.  (She had a pretty bad fall at the graveyard decorating grandpa's grave for memorial day and was still wearing the bandage as evidence of the injury.  She is fine now, but it was pretty bad.  We are thankful she is ok and was able to visit Micah)
 Justin, Jenna, and Aria.
 Meg, Kyle, Seth and Rayna!
Auntie Cheryl.
It was a busy day, but fun to show off this precious bundle.

Who Cares if it is Late, I want to hold the baby!

Elli holding him for the first time.  What a sweet moment it was fo me as their mom to watch this relationship begin:) Knowing how long Elli prayed for a baby, this was a pretty emtional moment.
 Gonga and Papa.
Aunt Heather,  Gloria was there as well, but she was in her stroller, not sleeping!
 Aunt Leah.
And yes, Sherry!  As per tradition, I called her when it was time for me to push.  She showed up soon afterwards:)

June 11, 2012 Meet Micah Gregory John

At about 4:00 I began having contractions and let my family know I was not feeling so well.  At 5:45, I called the neighbor Cheryl to take the girls (Emilee and Elli) to VBS as the contractions were now 3-4 minutes apart.  I then jumped in the shower because I thought if I was having a baby, I wanted to look good:)  The ride to the hospital was uncomfortable to say the least.  We checked in at 6:45.  I was 5 cm, 90%, and 0 station. We got into our room and I couldn't get an epidural right away because I never did my last blood work.  So, I was in pain, not feeling well, getting sick, and quite angry, as is my reaction to pain.  So, they called the anesthsiologist who decided since I had no health history  I could get the epidural.  Things got much better and here I am smiling:)  at 7:10ish, I was 6 cm and happy!  Then, an hour later I was at the same point and they considered breaking my water.  I decided to wait another hour.  My nurse rolled me on my side and almost immediately, I could tell this baby was ready to make his appearance.  (I asked Brent to check and make sure the baby wasn;t coming out!)  At 9:15, the nurse came back, emptied my bladder and checked my progress.  She accidentally broke my water, yelled "S---" because it scared her and Micah kicked like crazy, then said we needed to call the doctor right in as I was ready!  Dr. Sarah Kidd came in, prepped, and I began to puch with the next contraction at 9:26.  The second contraction I could tell he was ready.  He came on the third contraction at 9:33.
I was so amazed at feeling the birthing process as the epidural did not totally numb me.  How precious is this little guy, Micah Gregory John Ferguson.  6 lbs 15 oz, 21.5 in.
My first meeting with him was precious.
Elli and my parents were right outside the door and were able to hear his first little cry.  Here is our first family picture as the Four Fergusons.  What an amazingly quick and wonderful delivery of this newest addition to our family.  More pictures to follow through his first few days.

Heather's Birthday, June 10

We decided to celebrate Heather's birthday with a pool party.  What better way!
Elli of course was helping Heather open presents.  New sandals:)

Mother Daughter Tea and Pool Time, June 9

We had tea at the club and then they showed the movie Arietty.  Fun morning getting all dressed up with my girl.
Then we hit the pool after daddy finished golfing.  Look at how big Elli looks here.  She and Brent love to play like this in the water.

Fun time with Family, June 8

Last Day of Kindergarten

Walking down the hall for the last time as a kindergartner.
Of course, a frozen hot chocolate was in order to celebrate the occasion!

PLay Time

Elli is really good at playing on her own with her toys and imagination.  It is fun to watch her.  Here she is transporting her princesses and various other friends in their "car".
We went to the Dairy Shed after ballet one night and Elli read her book to her friends.
Posing in front of her new paint colors.
First night in her new room.  She decided she liked it very much:)
